1. 
In a sitting position, place both feet together, pushing against lowest crossbar. 
2. 
Extend arms upward as far as possible while taking a deep breath; keeping arms and upper body extended, slowly stretch forward as far as possible. 
3. 
If necessary, use crossbar or side of SG to keep stretched position. 
4. 
Elevated - Use a higher crossbar for a better stretch!
