 Front Bend (On Back)
 

1.   Lie on your back with head towards back of SG and legs towards front.

2.   Bend knees and raise feet toward your head, then tuck them under lowest crossbar.
3. If possible, place arms to the side in a straight line, above your legs.
 
Sitting Front Bend
 
1.   Sit in the middle of the SG, facing the crossbars; place legs on the 2nd highest crossbar, feet apart.
2. Through the legs, grab a convenient crossbar and pull forward.
3. Work your way to a lower crossbar, pulling head and torso further forward.
